Félix Soler recently said goodbye to the entire group of collaborators at Bioiberica, leaving a legacy of 20 years of commitment to the company.

Félix Soler joined Bioiberica with the aim of developing a new agricultural division. With his accumulated experience in several multinationals, he created a team of 25 people by transmitting values in keeping with the philosophy of the company and criteria based on his own model of doing and being: nearness, optimism, trust, a positive attitude and a large dose of humanity, a combination that is difficult to find in today’s day and age.
Inside and outside Bioiberica, we are all aware of his excellent career and are grateful to have had the opportunity to participate in the project he was in charge of. Bioiberica Plant Physiology has become a key department for Bioiberica’s industrial complex because it has an extensive portfolio of its own brands for direct use by major producers in Spain, not to mention the United States, Latin America, the Mediterranean Basin and the Middle East. As Félix said, “When I think about all that’s happened along the way, I’m surprised by how much we’ve done. It’s been like a dream come true! The people who form part of the Plant Physiology team have worked with enthusiasm and lots of motivation. It has meant that they have become more involved than most employees would and that is difficult to find in other companies with a longer history and more resources”.
“Little by little”, he went on to say, “thanks to all the people who placed their trust in us, we have earned a good reputation in the sector as a result of doing a good job over all these years. Because we work closely with distributors and farmers, the success has been shared and, to a great extent, reinvested in progress, improvement and the development of new products to tackle new challenges. I really love seeing everyone pitch in to do the work that has to be done. And the result couldn’t be more positive! What’s more, improvement needs to be ongoing. Problems arise when farmers demand products that are more effective, but that are guaranteed not to cause any harm to the person applying the product, the environment or the crop. They also need tools and training to manage their crops efficiently and obtain the greatest profit.

All these achievements give the Division a great future and present challenges for the new team headed by Dr. Rafael Piñol.

'I really appreciate all the trust we received and I wish everyone all the best personally and professionally'.
