Team Grows: Roger Plana to join the Vegetal physiology Division

Since the end of last year, Bioiberica has had the collaboration of Roger Plana Mallorquí, who has taken over the position of Product Manager in the Plant Physiology Division

He will be responsible for managing the catalogue of consolidated products and developing the annual communication plan. He will also participate in the study of the market evolution, support the training of the sales network, regulatory issues, etc.

Roger Plana is an Agronomist from the University of Lérida, and completed his education with an M.B.A in Food and Agriculture Companies from the UPC, Barcelona.
On a professional level he obtained work experience in several recognized companies from the grape and wine-growing sector, and also participated in an exchange project in the Cork Institute of Technology - Ireland.

Thanks to this opportunity, he hopes to bring value to the work that the Plant Physiology Division has been carrying out for over 18 years. For this he believes that it is essential to know how to listen and to be able to share knowledge in order to meet the new needs of the market and thus to progress together.
