Effects of the biostimulant Equilibrium® in vineyards: Improvement of ripeness, composition and aromatic expression in Chardonnay grapes

This study evaluates the impact of the biostimulant Equilibrium® on Chardonnay vineyards through a field trial conducted at the Santo Cristo de Magallón Cooperative (Zaragoza) during the 2024 campaign. Equilibrium® was applied at three key phenological stages, and its effects on grape ripeness, must composition, and the resulting wine's aromatic expression were analyzed. The results showed significant improvements in quality parameters, particularly balanced grape ripeness, must nitrogen composition, and the wine's aromatic intensity and clarity.
