Terra-Sorb® is a commercial product based on a mixture of all biologically active L-amino acids which proceed from enzymatic hydrolysis for agriculture use by foliar application (Bioiberica, 2009). Spain is one of the main table grape producers in Europe with excellent cultivars seeded and seedless. Among these, ‘Crimson’ and ‘Autumn Royal’ are within the most cultivated and exported.Although application of amino acids has been evaluated in some crops, there is no scientific information about the role of these natural compounds on the fruit quality and the functional properties, especially resveratrol, during the growth period. In this sense, the objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of a mixture of amino acids, under the trade name of Terra-Sorb®, on Crimson’ and ‘Autumn Royal’ grape cultivars quality and bioactive compounds.
